You can sign up on our website by visiting the 'offerings page' or on the Katrina Rae Studio app. You will need to create an account to be able to register for a specific class.
Due to our limited class size, we have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If you know you are unable to make class, please be sure to cancel at least 12 hours before the start of your class to avoid a cancellation fee. Please be aware that a $15 late cancel fee and a $20 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
Our class package is a one-time purchase of classes that must be used prior to the 90-day expiration date. Our membership is a monthly auto-renew payment that includes a certain number of classes which reset every 30-days.
In the event that a class you are interested in is full, you will have the option to add yourself to the waitlist. If you do not get a spot in the class or you remove yourself from the waitlist within our 12-hour cancellation period, your class will be returned
to your account. Please note - if you are added to a class from the waitlist and do not attend, you will be considered a
no-show and charged the appropriated fee.
You can cancel your monthly membership with 30-days written notice. Just send us an email at info@katrinaraestudio.com letting us know you'd like to cancel. If you don't give 30 days notice, the next payment will process and your cancellation will take effect the following month.
Our Foundations class is structured specifically for someone who is new to Pilates. If you have never taken a Pilates Reformer class before, we recommend showing up a few minutes early to class so your instructor can help get you acquainted with the machine and discuss any concerns you may have.
We recommend wearing clothes that you are able to move freely in. A comfortable tank or t-shirt with leggings or biker shorts is perfect. Shoes are not worn during reformer pilates, so you will need a pair of grip socks. If you do not have grip socks at home, we have some available for purchase in the studio. We also recommend bringing water to class. We do have Mountain Valley water available for purchase in the studio as well. **For your safety, grip socks are a requirement to participate in class.**
Yes, instructors are trained in making necessary modifications when you have an injury. Always consult with your healthcare provider first, communicate openly with your instructor, and listen to your body.
Absolutely! Pilates can be a safe and effective way to stay fit during pregnancy, offering numerous physical and mental benefits. Please be sure to inform your instructor right away if you are pre/post natal so they can accommodate your needs. As always, consult your healthcare provider to ensure you’re doing what’s best for you and your baby.
To enable infrared to penetrate tissues, we recommend wearing minimal clothing. This ensures
you get the maximum benefits from your session. We will provide you with towels and slippers for your sauna session.
Most guests enjoy a 30-45 minute session, 3-4 times per week. However, it is safe to use the sauna every day at
whatever heat suits you best. Research shows that regular use over time delivers the best results.
Just as you wouldn't leave your cellphone in your car on a hot day, we do not recommend taking phones, Apple Watches,
or other electronic devices into the sauna. Don’t worry though! There is a tablet built into the sauna designed for heated environments where you can watch your favorite TV shows or listen to your favorite music.
Even though infrared sauna therapy is generally safe, it is not recommended for pregnant women. The core temperature is already elevated during pregnancy, and using the sauna could risk overheating.
Please consult with your physician before using the sauna if you are breastfeeding.
Unfortunately, we require sauna clients to be 18 years of age or older. The core body
temperature of children rises much faster than that of adults, making it unsafe for them.
In addition to Main Street parking, we have a designated parking lot behind the studio (off of Union Avenue). Please park through the gates in the large lot. Parking immediately to the back of the studio is reserved for employee parking only. When parking in the lot please be aware of clients from previous classes being able to leave the lot. Thank you.
